DOE’s Office of Biological and Environmental Research (BER) has solicited white papers (due mid-February) on Artificial Intelligence for Earth System Predictability (AI4ESP) to guide plans for workshops in 2021. PNNL is organizing a virtual ideation session on January 15 (8:30-12:30) to bring together a diverse set of voices that have different knowledge bases and experiences. Our aim is to give participants a structured opportunity for collaboration to form bold, innovative ideas and self-organize into writing teams to develop white papers for the AI4ESP call. If you are interested in joining us, please see https://tinyurl.com/AI4ESP for more information and a link to the signup form. Participation is limited to 60 persons.
