Dear Goldschmidt Delegate,
This is the final reminder for the deadline for the Community Call for Sessions and the Workshop submissions for the Goldschmidt2017 conference program.
A Strategy for Advancing Critical Zone Science
The U.S. CZO PIs, National Office, and a Steering Committee representative met in Boulder, Colorado in Feburary 2016 for a Strategic planning workshop. The resulting strategy can be found attached below or on CriticalZone.org.
About a year ago we collaborated with Critical Zone National Office to deploy a survey on how the Earth Science community perceives collaborative opportunities with the CZOs in the US. Our goal was to identify obstacles that impede collaboration and to solicit thoughts on how to remove identified obstacles. We finally have the results written up for you (attached) and welcome comments and discussions emerging from the survey.
